Today (12/12/2025), Mahabodhi Lord Buddha College, Namsai had the privilege of welcoming Dr. David Pertin, Joint Registrar (Examination & Project ), Rajiv Gandhi University, as the Examination Inspection Officer. Dr. Pertin inspected the ongoing BA and B.Com 1st and 5th Semester Examinations, reviewed the overall examination process, and interacted with the Examination Superintendent and other examination cell members. He also took a detailed tour of the college building to assess the facilities and examination arrangements.
We are grateful for the valuable feedback, suggestions and guidance he shared during his visited, which will help us further strengthen our academic and examination systems.
We sincerely thank Dr. David Pertin for taking the time to visit MLBC Namsai and for his continuous support and encouragement.

​We are delighted to announce the successful conclusion of the Curriculum Teachers Trainee 3rd Semester Health Awareness Programme 2025, which was conducted on Monday, November 17, 2025.

As a mandatory component of the Rajiv Gandhi University (RGU) Environmental Studies (EVS) Curriculum, a field study was successfully organized today by Mahabodhi Lord Buddha College, Namsai, for all B.A. and B.Com 1st Semester students. The destination for this educational excursion was the state of the art Septage Management and Treatment Plant (SMTP) located in Alubari, Chongkham.

​The purpose of making this visit mandatory aligns directly with the EVS curriculum's focus on Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), particularly those related to sanitation (SDG 6) and responsible consumption and production (SDG 12). The visit aimed to provide students with essential real world exposure to modern waste management infrastructure and practices.
