Kalavati Gupta Hostel extends a warm invitation to its alumni. Its walls call back the people who once resided here. The alumni meet is being held with the hostel guest night on the 14th of February, and we request the pleasure of your company.

Dear Alumni,
So we sat down, framed and listed a number of commonly asked questions and hope this helps all of you:
1. When is the date of alumni meet?
Ans. It is 14th February, 2015 which is a saturday. Timings will be approximately by 5.30 pm.
2. Can the date be shifted?
Ans. As much as we would like to do that, NO. The date for the guest night got fixed officially and we can't help it anymore. :(
We wish we could have informed you earlier but since this is the first alumni meet ever organised by the hostel the official procedure and planning took us long and hence we could not inform you earlier.:(
3. Is the registration required?
Ans. YES. We know it's a bit of work, but we need you to register with us to make arrangements for the food and stay. A food coupon will be booked exclusively by your name.Also we need to officially submit a list of alumni who will be joining us. So please register yourself to help us make appropriate arrangements.
4. If I am coming as someone's guest, and I am an alumni, do i need to register?
Ans. YES. Because we would still need to book your food coupons seperately and make stay arrangements.
5. Where will stay arrangements be?
Ans. The stay arrangements will be in the hostel common room, we will try and make the best arrangements to keep you warm and at home.:)
6. Can i bring my guest along?
Ans. YES. You can come with whoever you want, and if it's a female friend we can make stay arrangements on request.
7. Will i need to pay something?
Ans. You will be charged at a subsidized rate for the stay and food arrangements for the night, rest we will take care of!:)
8. Do i need to declare the name of my guests?
Ans. YES, because the entry to Guest Night can only happen through an exclusive food coupon/pass which will be given to you by your name.
9. Will it be worth it?
Ans. Trust us on this.

Dear Alumni,
Hope you've made up your mind to join us for our Hostel Guest Night and Alumni meet. If you have, do get yourself registered with us. It is mandatory for us to be able to make any arrangements for your accommodation and food coupons for the night.
We hope to see a lot of you with us and it will be our honour to make you feel at home again.

Dear Alumni,
We know you are busy,dead tired, want free weekend and would have different plans for the 14th feb...yet it upsets us so much that you can't be with us on one special day of ours. We would have loved to have everyone back with us, reliving memories lived in the corridors of the hostel, recreating stories, having the much awaited reunions with friends and so much more! Don't think so much, don't weigh pros and cons..come!! Bring your friends along, brings guests along..our alumni and female guests are welcome to live with us in hostel, and we will go to all lengths to make you feel at home again! We sooo want to know the stories you all have lived, allow us once to be a part of it all!! Come before we KGites start posting sad, terribly sad selfies! :D

KG hostel is waiting eagerly to be a home again for it's alumni on this year's annual guest night. Yes, we know you have waited to be called back to your hostel again, and we have waited for you to come back! This year on 14th feb, be our valentines!
