Department of ECE, NIT Patna in collaboration with TI Centre for Embedded Product Design, NSIT, Delhi is going to organise a 4-week long summer internship programme on Microcontroller based Embedded System Design during July 11, 2016 - August 2, 2016, the chosen Microcontroller track is MSP430. The 4 week programme covers the following Topics:
1. Hands-on experience in designing schematics and PCBs using EAGLE CAD
2. Lectures on issues related to basic building blocks of embedded systems
3. In-depth understanding of the capabilities of the microcontroller chosen
4. Hands-on sessions around the Launchpad evaluation kit of the chosen track
Fees:
The fee must be paid in the form of Demand Draft only. The DD should be drawn in favor of "NIT Patna" and payable at Patna.
Fee Structure:
Rs. 8000/- only
Prior registration is mandatory to participate in this programme. A registration fee will be charged, as mentioned above, to cover the expenses of the programme. Participants are requested to register by filling out the registration form attached in the NIT Patna website and send a scanned copy of the DD along with scanned copy of filled registration form by e-mail to [email protected] before June 20, 2016. There is a limitation in the maximum number of participants of 50, admission will be done first-cum first serve basis. Confirmations to all the selected candidates will be sent out periodically.

CESC NITP is glad to inform all the Department students that we’ll be conducting our first Guest lecture on upcoming 5th Feb. The main attraction of the event is Prof. Asit K. Biswas who is a well-known Environmental Scientist. He is the founder of the "Third World Centre for Water Management" and at present working as a guest Faculty at Singapore University.
All department students are invited to attend the event.
