Nagoya University Civil Engineers The Department of Civil Engineering was founded within the Faculty of Engineering, Nagoya University, in 1961.

Nagoya University was established in 1939 and has been one of the leading national universities in Japan ever since. The campus is located in the heart of the City of Nagoya which is the third largest metropolitan area in Japan. Nagoya University is a very internationalized university in such that the number of foreign students is about 1,300, which is in the second among national universities and

the first in the ratio to Japanese students. We are looking forward to hearing from you and looking for further exchange of information on all aspects.
