佐賀大学農学部果樹園芸学分野（古藤田研究室）
「果物のよさ」を引き出だすような研究を目指します。

世界を旅すれば、日本の果樹品種の素晴らしさにあらためて気づくことでしょう。わたしたちは、果樹の諸特性を解明する基礎的研究に加えて、そのような日本の果樹産業を微力ながら応援していきたいと思っています。特に佐賀県を含む九州地方は、ウンシュウミカンや不知火（デコポン）などのカンキツ栽培が盛んです。また、ニホンナシ・ウメ・カキ・クリ・ブドウ・キウイフルーツなどの落葉果樹も重要な栽培品目となっております。本研究室では、カンキツ遺伝資源と落葉果樹の双方において教育・研究を進め、果物を通して社会に貢献してまいりたいと考えています。「果物のよさ」を引き出せるような研究を目指します。
