STSI短期特別課題研究報告会を開催しました。2月から約1ヶ月間、インド工科大学で研究活動をした3名の学生が、研究の成果とインドでの体験を報告しました。インド工科大学と本学の指導教員、研究室の学生、コンソーシアム企業の方々が出席し、質疑応答も行われました。
言葉の壁や文化の違いがありながらも、異なる環境で、異なる研究方法に挑戦し、貴重な経験となったとお話ししておりました。

STSI Final Presentation Session was held. 3 HU students who experienced research internship at Indian Institute of Technology for one month from February gave presentations about their achievements and experiences in India. Supervisors of IIT and HU, Lab members and members from consortium corporations gatherd and QA session was followed.
They told us that it was a valuable experience for them to try different research methods in a different environment regardless of the language barrier and cultuer difference.

OGGs (One program for Global Goals) is an interdisciplinary graduate education program by Hokkaido University.

Graduate-level students in any discipline at Hokkaido University (and 4th year undergraduate students who will continue to Hokkaido University’s graduate school) can apply!

NJE3@Helsinki①

Moi!（Hello!）

Now, we are in Finland as a studying tour about Northern circle.
Let us tell you about the first half of the days(3/11〜3/13).

We interacted with professors and students of Helsinki University, visited many amazing buildings and learned a lot about each other’s culture.
(Salmiakki is pretty good! lol)

Thank you to everyone of Helsinki University and also the Aalto University for the kindly care and guidance.And also welcome to Hokkaido University, we look forward to meeting you again!

Starting from today, our team will be divided into two teams: Helsinki team and Bulgaria team. Wish we will have a more wonderful and rich experience in the next days!

ソフィア大学「聖クリメント・オフリドスキ」から受入の学生2名が留学中の経験や文学院での研究成果を発表し、指導教員の服部先生と菅井先生からアドバイス・コメントをいただきました。

Two students from Sofia University “St. Kliment Ohridski” presented their experiences during their study abroad and research achievements at the Graduate school of Humanity and Human Sciences. After that, they received advice and comments from their supervisors, Prof. Hattori and Prof. Sugai.

9/11に長期の受入学生と9/14短期の派遣学生のSTSIコース成果報告会を実施しました。
お二人とも温かい研究室に迎え入れていただき、充実した日々を過ごせたようです。

The STSI final presentations were given by long-term IIT student on 11th and short-term HU studnet on 14th September.
Both of them were warmly welcomed into their laboratories and had a fulfilling time.

「SDGs実習：北海道の過去と現在ー石狩・空知の歴史ー」(NJE3)を開講しました。9月5日～9月8日の４日間、ブルガリア、中国、ドイツ、インドネシア、ヨルダン、エジプトからの留学生を含めた10名の学生と北海道大学が位置する札幌および道央圏　小樽市、芦別市、赤平市、三笠市の博物館を訪問しました。各博物館施設では、詳しいレクチャーや解説があり、北海道の歴史と文化を実際に体験し北海道史の概要を理解する実のある実習となりました。

”SDGs Field Study: Past and present of Hokkaido – History of Ishikari and Sorachi – was held. For four days from September 5th to 8th, a total of 10 students from Blugaria, China, Germany, Indonesia, Egypt, Jordan e.t.c. visited museums in Otaru, Ashibetsu, Akabira, and Mikasa in Sapporo and the central Hokkaido region, where Hokkaido University is located. At each museum, detailed lectures and explanations were given, and the students were able to experience Hokkaido’s history and culture and gain an overview of Hokkaido’s history.
