Celebrating Excellence 🎓

The 13th Graduation Ceremony of the University of Kabianga was today held at the University Pavilion, Main Campus .

PS for Parliamentary Affairs Dr Aurelia Chepkirui Rono represented Education CS Hon. Julius MIGOS Ogamba , the chief guest, delivering a powerful keynote address on leadership, resilience and the transformative power of education.

This year, 1,898 graduates were conferred with degrees and diplomas a remarkable testament to their hard work,discipline and determination.

A special highlight of the ceremony was the conferment of an Honorary Degree to Major- Beatrice Chebet , recognized for her relentless achievements and outstanding excellence in athletics. Her inspiring journey continues to motivate thousands of young people across the country.

Today, Political Science Association – University of Kabianga (PSAUOK), in collaboration with EcoUmoja Sustainability and innovation centre, Kapcheluch Primary pupils, Kabianga & Kapcheluch community residents, and various university clubs and societies, came together to celebrate Mazingira Day at Kapcheluch Primary School.

This meaningful event served as a powerful reminder of our shared duty to protect, nurture, and restore the environment that sustains all life on earth.

The wellbeing of our planet directly influences the wellbeing of our people. As responsible citizens ,we are called to advocate for the sustainable use of natural resources, promote climate-smart practices, and inspire our communities to take collective action for the benefit of generations to come.

Guests in attendance included Hon. Dominick Mutai (MCA, Kabianga Ward), Dr. Jane muthoni(CEO, EcoUmoja), lecturers from the University of Kabianga, and other distinguished participants.
