Ad Astra Institute of Technology (AIT) is proud to announce that our Executive Chairman, Dwayne Mulenga Isaac Jr., has been invited to serve as the international representative for Kenya for the International Scientific Working Group - Animal Forensic Sciences (ISWG‑AFS) for 2026.

GFC Founder invited to join ISWG‑AFS international team

The Global Forensics Coalition - Wildlife Forensics Training Initiative (GFC WFTI) is proud to announce that our Founder and Executive Chairman of AIT Kenya, Dwayne Mulenga Isaac, Jr., has been invited to serve as the international representative for Kenya for the International Scientific Working Group - Animal Forensic Sciences (ISWG‑AFS) for 2026.

ISWG‑AFS is a non‑profit association dedicated to advancing the scientific, technical, and ethical development of animal forensic sciences worldwide, integrating veterinary medicine, legal frameworks, ecology, and animal welfare.

In this role, Dwayne will focus on:

Strengthening interdisciplinary collaboration between legal, academic, and scientific systems in Kenya and beyond

Promoting specialized training and research in animal forensics

Building strategic alliances with professional bodies and public institutions

Championing animal welfare and best forensic practices

This recognition reflects the growing commitment of GFC and the Ad Astra Institute of Technology (AIT) to elevate wildlife and animal forensic sciences where they matter most: on the frontlines of conservation and justice.

GFC extends its gratitude to ISWG‑AFS President Victor Toledo Gonzalez and the entire team for this trust. We look forward to supporting Dwayne in this important work.
