In collaboration with TAR UMT EYCC and Ernst & Young, we have successfully organised a career-sharing session titled “Future-Proofing Your Career with EY: A Panel Discussion on Assurance, Tax, and Consulting” on 6 April 2026.

We would like to express our sincere appreciation to our panelists from Ernst & Young for their engaging and insightful sharing. Throughout the session, they shared their personal career journeys, real industry experiences, and the challenges they overcame, while providing valuable perspectives on the different service lines within professional services. Their practical insights and honest advice offered participants a clearer understanding of what it takes to thrive in today’s fast-changing business environment.

We hope this session has inspired our participants and provided them with greater clarity and confidence in planning their future career paths. The Financial Excellence Masterclass, organised by YYC in collaboration with TAR UMT ACCA Society, was successfully held on 3 April 2026.

We were honoured to have Datin Shin deliver an inspiring address prior to the start of the session, setting a meaningful tone for the event.

The masterclass was led by Mr. Alan Miltz, who shared valuable insights on equipping attendees with practical knowledge for financial excellence.

On 30th March 2026, we successfully held our 11th Annual General Meeting (“AGM”), bringing together our esteemed industry partners, Faculty of Accountancy, Finance & Business (“FAFB”) representatives, student ambassadors, and society members. During the AGM, we reflected on the achievements of the past year and proudly welcomed the new Board of Directors for the 2026/27 term.
