Based at Delta State University, Abraka, Urhobo Studies Association (USA) is a Cultural - cm - Academic Association whose Mission is to Promote the Study of Urhobo Language, Literature and Culture. To promote the study and scholarly works on Urhobo language, Literature and Culture,
4. To lend support (in form of endorsement) to research and publications in the field of Urhobo Studies,
5. To enc

ourage and promote the teaching of Urhobo in institutions of learning,
6. To explore ways and means of encouraging the study and promotion of the Urhobo Language,
7. To work towards the realization of the standardization of the Urhobo Language, 8. To encourage native speakers of the Urhobo Language to take pride in the use of the Language.
