*CIRCULAR TO ALL MEMBERS OF STAFF AND STUDENTS*
*PUBLIC HOLIDAY*
I write to inform all members of staff and students of Adekunle Ajasin University, Akungba-Akoko that the Federal Government has declared Friday, 1st May, 2026 as a public holiday to mark this year 2026 Workers’ Day.
The Vice Chancellor has, therefore, directed that the University be closed for official duties on Friday, 1st May, 2026, except those on essential duties. All members of staff and students are requested to note that official activities resume on Monday, 4th May, 2026.
