In furtherance of our vision to set up standard of faith and doctrines along with code of ethnics to guide and identity true Apostolic and Pentecostal believers and ministers, raising high standard of righteousness and excellence in ministerial operation that will stand out as worthy bible “patterned models which will also be consistent with the principles of both ancient and contemp

orary prophetic moves”. SOFFOC has commence this theological university where high ideals for ministry will be taught and imparted, it has been observed that there is a great vacuum for training institute as described above although there are now many Bible colleges, seminaries, theological university etc, almost as many as the number of church denominations and ministries on the street today. Many of them are directly or indirectly commercially motivated or oriented. Why many are only operated on denominations basis therefore can not as a result of this be in the best interest of people that are not attached to their denominations. The need to fill such gaps and to provide institution that will offer courses which will combine strong disciplinary programmes for excellent character formation, fundamentally relevant and balanced theological subjects that will aid the knowledge needed in life and ministry for maximum results with radical prophetic/supernatural indication and proven apostolic foundation are some of the reasons for the divine mandate granted to SOFFOC to establish this faith university. U.S.A Established in 1994 (in affiliation with California State Christian University U.S.A). it operate as an outgrowth of the shield of faith fellowship of churches Inc. with over four thousand affiliate churches world-wide.
