A true story is told of a vagrant in England who froze to death in a hotel dumpster trying to escape a blizzard. When his body was taken to the local marque they found a thousand pound note (equivalent to 4 five hundred dollar bills at the time) in the pocket of his pants. Why he didn’t use the money to get out of the blizzard can only be explained by the fact that he didn’t know the money was in the back pocket of his pants — pants he probably got at a charity that dispensed clothes to the homeless.

Likewise, the masters tell us that we have a great treasure within us, but many people live and die without ever being aware of it. You may acknowledge that you have some reasoning power that affords you some guidance and direction in life. You may even consider such as a gift to be from God. But, you are still leaving untapped the indwelling wisdom of the Christ Consciousness.

In harmony with the Guiding Presence the sky is clear and spacious — breathing is a pleasure and the earth is a pristine habitation where all creatures flourish together, content with the way they are, endlessly repeating themselves without the fear of Man.

When man rules without the Guiding Presence the sky becomes filthy, the earth becomes depleted – a habitation for sin, sickness and death. When man rules without the Guiding Presence, creatures become extinct while humans exploit their brothers and sisters for worthless coin of the realm.

Is it not evident, verily before our eyes, that the earth is out of harmony with life? Only our return to the Guiding Presence can heal our world.

We have grown used to a false perception of life, which has been handed down from generation to generation. Do you continue to bemoan circumstances that you proclaim are unjust and threatening, while perceiving yourself the victim of them? Forget the coronavirus — forget the pending presidential election — they have only the power to cause you concern that you give them. It’s time to enter the enlightened awareness of Divine Oneness.
“We have a mission here. We did not come to reinforce the madness that we once believed in. Let us not forget the goal that we accepted. It is more than just our happiness alone we came to gain. What we accept as what we are, proclaims what everyone must be, along with us. Fail not your brothers and sisters or you fail yourself. Look lovingly on them, that they may know that they are part of you, and you of them. This does Atonement teach, and demonstrates the oneness of God’s Son is unassailed by his belief he knows not his reality.” Shalom!
