Google Hashcode 2018:

Having this as our first "zap to the past" posts actually makes us ecstatic. That's simply because it was our very first stunt ever.

Technically, at , we are passionate about Technology ( 😋). With this burning desire to see what young people could do with technical skills, we partnered with Google to organize a challenge hub for Youths highly interested in Tech to partake in the Hashcode challenge (for more information, search hashcode on Google). We partnered with to make it successful (partnership for the goals 😆). The challenge most times lasts 4-5 hours.
This was 2018's challenge: "Given a list of pre-booked rides in a city and a fleet of self-driving vehicles, assign the rides to vehicles, sothat riders get to their destinations on time". Sounds easy, but it wasn't. That's what makes Technology Sexy!

P.S: Forgive our picture quality. That's why it is a "zap from the past".

In a year, we had grown just like any new born child would. Slowly and gradually we struggled to open our eyes to let light in, sit to observe, crawl to move and now we are ready to explore the world.

On the 1st of January, 2018 – the founding members came together to see if they could motivate youths in Africa to change the world. They gathered together promising brilliant young minds from all across Nigeria cutting across over 19 tertiary institutions in a bid to achieve their vision. They carried out, participated and partnered with other youth led organizations to host programs like: , , , , Aba Oyo Rehabilitatio; among many others. Although these programs were awesome, they weren’t leading to the vision the founders had dreamt of.

What they saw was an Africa where every young person had a skill and followed his passion; actualizing purpose. Youths led in every area and were self-dependent, entrepreneurial and/or creative. They produced instead of just consuming and the economy kept booming. They were solution-oriented and never depended on the government. This led to a reformation. A new set of missions to achieve the prophesy. They jointly agreed to take a new path: “to be laser focused on leveraging on both Technical and Vocational Skills as a means to lead the revolution that will transform Africa”. This has led to projects like and which are set to empower both children and youths with the right set of skills to be happier, purpose driven leaders.

Stay with us as we take you on a journey through our past, link you up with the present and project what the future can be like if everyone had a Skill. Our sincerest gratitude goes to for designing our Startup logo. Change is constant and now we must move from being a pupa to flying beautiful like the free butterfly we are.

We believe Africa will be great again. This isn’t a wish! We will make it happen in our little way!!!
