Dear Parents and Guardians,

The Management of Akrams College of Health Sciences and Technology wishes to advise all parents to be cautious when choosing institutions for your children’s professional training.

We strongly discourage enrollment of your wards in any College of Health Sciences and Technology that is NOT accredited by the Community Health Practitioners Registration Board of Nigeria (CHPRBN).

Why this matters:
1. No Legal Recognition: Graduates from unaccredited schools are not recognized by CHPRBN and cannot be licensed to practice as Community Health Practitioners in Nigeria.
2. Wasted Time & Resources: Years of study and tuition paid to unaccredited institutions will not lead to certification or employment in the health sector.
3. No Mobilization for Internship: Only students from CHPRBN-accredited schools are eligible for the mandatory supervised clinical experience and induction.

How to Verify: Always request to see the current CHPRBN accreditation certificate and verify direct.
