Design and Fabrication of a Modern Field Mixer
PROJECT DESCRIPTION:
This project focuses on the design and fabrication of a modern field mixer suitable for construction sites and small-scale industrial applications. The machine is intended to efficiently mix materials such as cement, sand, and water to produce uniform concrete with minimal manual effort.
The study involves material selection, design calculations, fabrication processes (cutting, welding, assembling), and performance testing of the mixer. The fabricated field mixer aims to improve productivity, reduce labor cost, and enhance mixing efficiency compared to traditional manual methods.
OBJECTIVES OF THE PROJECT:
To design a durable and efficient field mixer
To select appropriate materials for fabrication
To apply welding and fabrication techniques in construction
To test and evaluate the performance of the mixer
To reduce manual labor and improve work output.
