LEARN HOW TO THINK CRITICALLY AND SOLVE COMPLEX PROBLEM:

Thinking is not cheap but it is essential in homes for family growth. Of course, in economy such as the case with Nigeria where government policies have rendered people useless, effective and critical thinking is the only useful asset to navigate their killing policies.

Thank God it is an acquirable asset just like buying cars or building house. You too can acquire it. Below are the step by step processes of learning how to think.

1. Engage in active reading: Read. Read. Read. Continue to read about life. Get hold on books, journals, WhatsApp news items, Facebook jokes, waste papers with groundnut sellers, documents, etc. and read them to continually get knowledge.

2. Seek diverse opinions: Expose yourself to others' opinions at all times. Listen to others views. Try to understand their perspective. Ask questions when necessary. Criticize your inner self against other's perspective. Believe you don't know it all.

3. Develop logical reasoning skills: Study philosophical books. Ask questions beyond the ordinary. Logically analyze variables and expressions of others. Analyze all statements in the sphere of deductive and inductive reasonings.

4. Solve puzzles and brain teasers: Play games. Visit where draft boards are being interacted with. Download games on your phone from playstation and dedicate time daily to play games. Games sharpen logical reasoning.

5. Practice decision making: "Practice makes perfect" goes the old axiom. Always struggle to make decisions on your own. Be hard on yourself while making decisions. Practice it continually. Analyze options. Weigh them. Choose the one that appeared reasonable to your conscience. Evaluate your results. See if they meet your expected desires. Go over them again and again.

6. Accept uncertainty: See yourself as leader always and accept the outcome of your decisions. Develop thick skin against negativities. Ensure you consider the long time effect of your domestic decision making practice.

7. Take step to make first decision: Practice your training and take one decision at a time and watch out for the outcome. Start with; avoiding an old friend whose actions always undermine your value system. Maintain your stand and uphold your standards. Manage the effects and live with your decision. Continue to expand your decision making skills.

Careless government brings inflation. Inflation brings depression. Depression brings war.

WHAT IS AN ORGANIZATION?

"In the Sumerian period, and even somewhere sometime around the medieval ages as we have read earlier in this book, organization was just a small structure put together to help solve man's needs. That old view about organization simply reduced it to a structure that is made to drive a process. That view seems to have met the mind of participants in the classical age because majority of them were merely standing on the rigidity of organizational hierarchy.

"... Organizational structures were like mechanical designs purely constructed to eliminate obstacles that would limit returns on investment..."

"... The modern view and understanding of organization in this twenty-first century, however, is a significant departure. Specifically, from the summation of current contributors to the field of management sciences beginning from the last decade of the previous century, there have been significant alterations to a lot of things concerning how organization should be defined..."

"Organization is now: an intellectual process, through which critical components of human and environmental wellbeing are conceive, nurture and deliver."

2. Critical Components of Human and Environmental Wellbeing:..

3. Conceive, Nurture and Deliver:.."

THE EVOLUTION OF ORGANIZATION:

"... Any attempt to trace the evolution of organization would undoubtedly hound one to see organization beginning from the scientific management era with probably Socrates or Adam Smith or Frederick Taylor..." "...such account of the evolution of organization will no doubt be nothing but a r**e on the part of history..." "... Now, let us pretend to listen to them that the growth of organization began in the 17th and 18th centuries, but we will certainly not concur with them. How do they want us to view the alleged biblical great and effective coordination of human and natural resources that gave birth to the construction of the biblical Noah's Ark? What about the great architectural structure of the Tower of Babel ..."

"... truth is that there are records of the prolonged existence of organization predating the scientific age. What was not available was the formal application of written formula with which they carried out organizational tasks as was the case in the scientific age."

"... each breakthrough in science and the corollary evolvement of newer methods of organizing resources usually meet more unique challenges. Some became so chronic that even the very existence of organizational administration concept was threatened."

These innovations and their contemporary challenges necessitated the need to study the anatomy of organization as an independent field of study. In doing so, administrator of organization will need to deal with the following components:

1. The overlapping relationships that exist within and outside organization and their positive and/or negative consequences for human and environmental wellbeing.

2. The structural organs of organization (the types, classifications and the structures) through which they operate like normal living cells for better analysis and management.

3. When an organization is sick, why organization falls sick and what causes the sickness?

4. The metamorphosis of organization from simplicity to complexity in forms and relationship.

5. The clinical relationship between organization and man that makes it possible to adopt the same approach in handling their medicare or organocare almost in the same fashion.
.. in trying to execute the foregoing, administrators must, first of all, know the various stages of organizational evolution... Concerning the evidences from multiple accounts of happenings in the world about the pressure on natural resources and the need to ensure maintenance of life here on earth, there are four phases of organizational evolution to date. They are:

1. The Sumerians' Morphon Organization Evolution:..

2. The Classical Organization Evolution:..

3. The Organization Behaviour Evolution:..

4. The Social Capital Organization Evolution:.."

THE MORPHOLOGY OF ORGANIZATION:

"... like every other organism such as plant or animal, organization also contains internal organs that can be loosely grouped into two components of humanosphere and organelle. The interlayer relationship and interwoven cells of the two components, made it necessary to study organization in the same manner of plant and animal studies...." "... in this case, the study will be carried out on the two components. That is:

1. The Organelle component, which describes those critical organs that determine the complexity of organization...

2. The Humanosphere component which is the human territorial component of organization that define how organization works...

These components conjoined to form any entity called organization and today they determine what exactly an organization is all about... And of course, the foregoing have further made it necessary to study the Morphology of Organization. I have simply arrived at the conclusion that the morphological relationship between organizations and their organs exist because of certain cultures and values they shared. Such shared values will include the following:
1. Share common inputs values:..

2. Share cultural values:..

3. Share social and environmental sustenance values:..

4. Share common political dictates:.."
