⚜️General Requirements for Donors :
🩸Health: Must be in good health, well-rested, and have 5–8 hours of sleep.
🩸Preparation: Eat a light meal, stay well-hydrated, and avoid alcohol intake for 24 hours before donating.
⚜️A single drop of your blood can create an ocean of happiness and give someone a second chance at life. We invite all eligible and voluntary donors to join our upcoming Blood-Letting Activity!
