Now is the time to rise, lead, and serve. The Reserve Officer's Training Corps (ROTC) enrollment will officially open on May 21-23, 2026 at Cagayan State University-Aparri Campus, Department of Naval Science and Tactics (DNST) Office.

Through ROTC, you will gain leadership skills, physical training, and the values of patriotism, responsibility, and excellence that will shape you for life. A night filled with pride, honor, and excellence unfolded at the Cagayan State University-Aparri Campus Gymplex as the Midshipman/Midshipwoman Officer Candidate Course (MOCCs) delivered a remarkable Honor Guards performance during the Parent’s Night of the College of Criminal Justice Education (CCJE). Adding prestige to the event, the 1st Class and 2nd Class Midshipmen formally carried out the Entrance and Exit of Colors with discipline and precision.
