We are pleased to inform you that the USM Main Campus has officially granted an extension for the enrollment period for the USM Banisilan.

Please take note of the vital details and instructions below:
Final Enrollment Deadline: May 20, 2026 | 12:00 Noon
Submission Venue: LGU Banisilan - Tourism Office
Requirements: Please refer to the complete list of necessary documents provided in our previous post.

To secure your slot, ensure that all procedures are completed and your documents are submitted before the deadline tomorrow. No further extensions will be accommodated.

To all successful examinees of the USM Banisilan Special College Entrance Examination (A.Y. 2026–2027):

Today, May 18, 2026, marks the last day of enrollment. Please ensure that all required documents are submitted on or before the deadline.

For those whose documents are not yet available, you may secure an Affidavit of Undertaking at the Office of the Municipal Tourism Officer (Ground Floor, Banisilan Government Center, Poblacion I, Banisilan). This affidavit will serve as temporary compliance until your complete requirements are ready.

To all successful examinees of the USM Banisilan Special College Entrance Examination (A.Y. 2026–2027):

If your required documents are not yet available on or before the enrollment deadline May 18, 2026, you are advised to secure an Affidavit of Undertaking to proceed with your enrollment.

The affidavit is available at the Office of the Municipal Tourism Officer, located at the Ground Floor of the Banisilan Government Center, Poblacion I, Banisilan.
