Biliran Province State University (BiPSU), in collaboration with Assam Downtown University (ADTU), a premier private university in India, launched a series of virtual lectures, featuring our very own faculty experts across various schools.

Kudos to our first batch of speakers from April 27-30, who excellently shared their expertise with ADTU students, namely: Ms. Lanie Plecerda, OJT Coordinator from STED Biliran Campus; Engr. Ramon Pitao Jr., Chairperson, Mechanical Enginering, of SOE; Ms. Rosel Sabornido, Chairperson, BS in Criminology of SCJE; Dr. Ernil Sumayao, Chairperson, Master of Arts in Education from SGS; Mr. Jofill Matiom, Head-AgBio Control Laboratory, School of Agri-Industries and Natural Resource Management; and Dr. Annel Ruth Celis, Chairperson, BA Economics of SAS.

This strategic initiative is designed to sharpen technical competencies and align student skills with international industry standards, such as Building Transformer-Based Natural Language Processing. As the delegation dives into advanced technical sessions and collaborative mentorship at the Software Development Centre (SDC).
