To avoid any delays during the clearance period, please be informed that you need to access and set up your E-Clearance account ahead of time!
Please follow these simple steps to ensure a smooth and hassle-free clearance process:
Step 1: Scan & Log In ๐ฒ
Scan the provided QR code to be redirected to the E-Clearance Portal. On the login page, simply use your University ID Number as your username to log in.
Step 2: Setup Your Profile ๐
Provide your contact number and address.
โ ๏ธ Note: Please strictly follow this address format: Purok, Barangay, Municipality, Province (Example: P3 Imbatug, Baungon, Bukidnon).
Once filled out, click the "Save & View Clearance" button.
Step 3: Wait for Approvals โณ
On your E-Clearance main dashboard, you will see your progress. You just need to wait for the assigned signatories to approve and complete your 8 signatures.
Step 4: Unlock Your E-Clearance ๐
Once all 8 signatures are marked as "Approved," the "View E-Clearance" button will be enabled, meaning you have successfully completed your clearance requirements!
Step 5: Save Your Proof ๐ธ
Click "View E-Clearance" to see your final document. Please take a screenshot of your completed clearance as your official proof that you are done.
