As you begin your enrollment journey, please take time to read the following reminders to help ensure a smooth, safe, and organized process for everyone:

📌 𝗢𝗻𝗹𝘆 𝗲𝗻𝗿𝗼𝗹𝗹𝗲𝗲𝘀/𝗮𝗽𝗽𝗹𝗶𝗰𝗮𝗻𝘁𝘀 𝘄𝗶𝗹𝗹 𝗯𝗲 𝗮𝗹𝗹𝗼𝘄𝗲𝗱 𝘁𝗼 𝗾𝘂𝗲𝘂𝗲 𝗶𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗱𝗲 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗱𝗲𝘀𝗶𝗴𝗻𝗮𝘁𝗲𝗱 𝗽𝗿𝗼𝗰𝗲𝘀𝘀𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗮𝗿𝗲𝗮𝘀 to help lessen congestion and maintain an orderly flow. Parents and guardians are respectfully advised to wait in other areas around the hospital while the process is ongoing.

📌 Please be reminded that 𝗼𝗻𝗹𝘆 𝘀𝘁𝘂𝗱𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀 𝘄𝗶𝘁𝗵 𝗮 𝘀𝗰𝗵𝗲𝗱𝘂𝗹𝗲𝗱 𝗮𝗽𝗽𝗼𝗶𝗻𝘁𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗼𝗻 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗴𝗶𝘃𝗲𝗻 𝗱𝗮𝘁𝗲 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝘁𝗶𝗺𝗲 𝘄𝗶𝗹𝗹 𝗯𝗲 𝗮𝗰𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗺𝗼𝗱𝗮𝘁𝗲𝗱. Priority numbers will be released according to the assigned appointment schedule only. Students who arrive before their scheduled appointment date will not be issued a priority number.

Likewise, students are advised not to queue before the official processing hours, as priority numbers will only be released according to the assigned appointment schedule (date and time). Again, 𝘄𝗲 𝘄𝗼𝘂𝗹𝗱 𝗹𝗶𝗸𝗲 𝘁𝗼 𝗲𝗺𝗽𝗵𝗮𝘀𝗶𝘇𝗲 𝘁𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗼𝗻𝗹𝘆 𝘁𝗵𝗼𝘀𝗲 𝘄𝗶𝘁𝗵 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗽𝗿𝗼𝗽𝗲𝗿 𝘀𝗰𝗵𝗲𝗱𝘂𝗹𝗲𝗱 𝗱𝗮𝘁𝗲 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝘁𝗶𝗺𝗲 𝘄𝗶𝗹𝗹 𝗯𝗲 𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗲𝗿𝗲𝗱. Rest assured that all students with confirmed appointments for the day will be accommodated.

📌 𝗔𝗹𝗹 𝗱𝗼𝗰𝘂𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀 𝗺𝘂𝘀𝘁 𝗯𝗲 𝗽𝗿𝗶𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗱 𝗶𝗻 𝟴.𝟱 𝘅 𝟭𝟯-𝗶𝗻𝗰𝗵 𝗳𝗼𝗿𝗺𝗮𝘁, 𝘀𝗵𝗼𝘂𝗹𝗱 𝗯𝗲 𝗽𝗿𝗼𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗹𝘆 𝗳𝗶𝘁 𝘁𝗼 𝗽𝗮𝗽𝗲𝗿 and printed back-to-back. Please do not print documents in other paper sizes such as A4 or Letter size.

📌 Please ensure that 𝗔𝗟𝗟 printed documents are 𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗽𝗹𝗲𝘁𝗲𝗹𝘆 𝗳𝗶𝗹𝗹𝗲𝗱 out with accurate information and bear the required signatures of the student and parent/guardian. Kindly attach a photo before submitting the documents. In addition, please bring all required laboratory results together with the required hospital forms on the day of your appointment schedule. Required diagnostic and laboratory tests should be completed prior to your scheduled appointment, and all results must be compiled before proceeding to CMU Hospital.

📌 Please make sure to eat before queuing and bring drinking water, snacks, and an umbrella for your convenience. While completing your enrollment process is important, taking care of yourself is equally essential.

In celebration of the 10th Research, Development, and Extension (RDE) Week, the College of Nursing – Batch Hikari proudly presents “Bahay Pinoy: Planadong Pamilyang Pilipino”, showcased last April 21–25, 2025, at UCC, Central Mindanao University.

This creative and informative presentation was a course requirement for NCM 66.1 Maternal and Child Health Nursing RLE and NCM 64.1 Community Health Nursing 2 RLE.

The 12-part video series explores the different family planning methods available in the Philippines, providing clear and practical information for informed decision-making. It is anchored in the Reproductive Health (RH) Law, highlighting how the policy supports access to services, education, and responsible parenthood.

[IN PHOTOS] The CMU College of Nursing successfully wrapped up its Year-End Assessment, Team Building, and Christmas Party on December 4–5, 2025 at the scenic Moonbay White Beach Resort in Initao. The two-day event brought together the faculty and staff for reflection, collaboration, and celebration as the year came to a close.

A major highlight of the program was the series of fun, engaging, and thoughtfully designed team-building activities facilitated by Sir Reno Richard C. Ramirez, RN. Each activity not only encouraged teamwork and camaraderie but also carried meaningful insights that resonated with the group. Participants were reminded of the importance of unity, the value of releasing stress and pressures accumulated throughout the year, and the collective responsibility of continuously strengthening the College of Nursing. 💚💛
