Six years ago, 22-year-old Spencer Alingay from Lantapan, Bukidnon set out to build a future he had long envisioned for himself—one rooted in farming. Even before entering college, he already knew that agriculture would shape his path.

At just 16 years old, Spencer saved ₱60,000 from selling vegetables grown on their family farm, eventually using it to start his own farm on a half-hectare plot of family-owned land.

Process for acquiring your clearance slip:
1. 𝗦𝗵𝗼𝘄 𝘆𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗱𝗲𝗽𝗮𝗿𝘁𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗳𝗲𝗲 𝗿𝗲𝗰𝗲𝗶𝗽𝘁 𝗮𝘀 𝗽𝗿𝗼𝗼𝗳.
2. 𝗦𝗲𝘁𝘁𝗹𝗲 𝘆𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗼𝘂𝘁𝘀𝘁𝗮𝗻𝗱𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗼𝗯𝗹𝗶𝗴𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀, 𝘀𝘂𝗰𝗵 𝗮𝘀 𝗳𝗶𝗻𝗲𝘀.

The distribution of clearance slips will begin on Monday, April 27, 2026, and will end on Friday, April 30, 2026, at the HORTUSS Office of the Department of Horticulture.

Clearance must be personally claimed by the student concerned.

No proxy, representative, or substitute will be permitted to process or receive clearance on behalf of the student, regardless of consent.

There will be no distribution of clearance slips during the final exam week.
