The training was led by ๐‹๐“๐‚ ๐‘๐Ž๐’๐„๐Œ๐€๐‘๐ˆ๐„ ๐€ ๐๐€๐•๐Ž๐“๐€๐’, ๐๐€๐…๐‘ (๐†๐’๐‚), Commandant, together with the dedicated ๐Œ๐ข๐ฅ๐ข๐ญ๐š๐ซ๐ฒ ๐“๐ซ๐š๐ข๐ง๐ข๐ง๐  ๐ˆ๐ง๐ฌ๐ญ๐ซ๐ฎ๐œ๐ญ๐จ๐ซ๐ฌ.

The training commenced with a lecture that provided the cadets with essential knowledge relevant to their military training. Following the lecture, the cadets proceeded with practical instruction on drills, where they were guided through the proper ex*****on of movements and commands, further developing their discipline, coordination, and precision.

During the training, the Commandant also had the opportunity to talk with the ๐‚๐จ๐ซ๐ฉ๐ฌ ๐‚๐จ๐ฆ๐ฆ๐š๐ง๐๐ž๐ซ and ๐€๐๐ฏ๐š๐ง๐œ๐ž ๐Ž๐Ÿ๐Ÿ๐ข๐œ๐ž๐ซ๐ฌ, allowing them to exchange thoughts and discuss matters concerning their roles and responsibilities as cadet leaders. The conversation emphasized the importance of leadership, accountability, and setting a good example for their fellow cadets.

The activity provided the cadets with another opportunity to strengthen their knowledge, improve their practical skills, and develop the discipline and leadership necessary throughout their ROTC journey. Each training contributes to preparing them for greater responsibilities and challenges ahead.

Following the lectures, the ๐๐š๐ฌ๐ข๐œ ๐‘๐Ž๐“๐‚ ๐‚๐š๐๐ž๐ญ๐ฌ ๐œ๐จ๐ง๐๐ฎ๐œ๐ญ๐ž๐ ๐ญ๐ก๐ž๐ข๐ซ ๐Œ๐ข๐๐ญ๐ž๐ซ๐ฆ ๐„๐ฑ๐š๐ฆ๐ข๐ง๐š๐ญ๐ข๐จ๐ง, assessing their knowledge and understanding of the lessons covered during the previous training sessions.

A major part of the training focused on the ๐ญ๐ž๐š๐œ๐ก๐ข๐ง๐  ๐š๐ง๐ ๐ฉ๐ซ๐š๐œ๐ญ๐ข๐œ๐ž ๐จ๐Ÿ ๐ฆ๐ข๐ฅ๐ข๐ญ๐š๐ซ๐ฒ ๐๐ซ๐ข๐ฅ๐ฅ๐ฌ. The ๐Œ๐“๐ˆ๐ฌ ๐๐ž๐ฆ๐จ๐ง๐ฌ๐ญ๐ซ๐š๐ญ๐ž๐ ๐ญ๐ก๐ž ๐ฉ๐ซ๐จ๐ฉ๐ž๐ซ ๐ž๐ฑ๐ž๐œ๐ฎ๐ญ๐ข๐จ๐ง ๐จ๐Ÿ ๐ฏ๐š๐ซ๐ข๐จ๐ฎ๐ฌ ๐๐ซ๐ข๐ฅ๐ฅ ๐ฆ๐จ๐ฏ๐ž๐ฆ๐ž๐ง๐ญ๐ฌ, while the advance officers and cadets were given the opportunity to perform and apply the instructions.

Throughout the activity, the ๐Œ๐“๐ˆ๐ฌ ๐ฉ๐ซ๐จ๐ฏ๐ข๐๐ž๐ ๐œ๐จ๐ซ๐ซ๐ž๐œ๐ญ๐ข๐จ๐ง๐ฌ, ๐ ๐ฎ๐ข๐๐š๐ง๐œ๐ž, ๐š๐ง๐ ๐ฉ๐ซ๐š๐œ๐ญ๐ข๐œ๐š๐ฅ ๐ข๐ง๐ฌ๐ญ๐ซ๐ฎ๐œ๐ญ๐ข๐จ๐ง to improve the cadetsโ€™ ex*****on, coordination, and discipline in drill movements. The training emphasized the importance of proper form, timing, synchronization, and responsiveness to commands.

The ๐ฌ๐ž๐ฏ๐ž๐ง๐ญ๐ก ๐‰๐จ๐ข๐ง๐ญ ๐‘๐Ž๐“๐‚ ๐“๐ซ๐š๐ข๐ง๐ข๐ง๐  served as an opportunity for cadets from the participating ROTC units to strengthen their skills through continuous instruction, practice, and correction.

The fourth Joint ROTC Training served as another meaningful step in the cadetsโ€™ development, combining recognition of their achievements with an opportunity to assess their academic progress. Through these activities, the cadets continue to develop the discipline, responsibility, and commitment necessary to become capable and dependable members of the ROTC program.

The training formally commenced with an orientation, followed by the introduction of the Corps and Staff from each participating ROTC unit. This activity fostered camaraderie among the cadets while strengthening coordination and cooperation between the three institutions.

The program proper was led by ๐‹๐“๐‚ ๐‘๐Ž๐’๐„๐Œ๐€๐‘๐ˆ๐„ ๐€ ๐๐€๐•๐Ž๐“๐€๐’, ๐๐€๐…๐‘ (๐†๐’๐‚), Commandant; ๐Ÿ๐‹๐“ ๐†๐‹๐„๐๐ ๐Œ๐€๐‘๐Š ๐• ๐€๐˜๐Ž๐, ๐๐€๐…, Assistant Commandant; ๐Œ๐’๐† ๐‰๐ˆ๐Œ๐Œ๐˜ ๐ ๐๐€๐‘๐‚๐ˆ๐’๐Ž, ๐๐€๐…, Finance NCOIC; together with the dedicated Military Training Instructors, who shared valuable knowledge and guidance to further develop the cadets' understanding of military discipline, leadership, and the core values of the Reserve Officers' Training Corps.

The successful conduct of the first joint training reflects the commitment of the participating institutions to produce disciplined, competent, and service-oriented citizen soldiers through unity, collaboration, and excellence in military education.

Spearheaded by our Commandant, 2LT GLENN MARK V AYOP PAF, with the assistance of MTI AM Laconsay and VRI, Sgt Mark June Gasgas PAFRes, the ceremony also marked the formal transition of leadership within the Corps. As we look back on these proud moments, we honor the graduates, award recipients, and cadet leaders who continue to embody the values of patriotism, discipline, integrity, and service.
