The examinees were endorsed for the competency assessment after successfully completing the required academic and practical coursework in technical drafting, as stipulated in the ADT curriculum. Their consistent performance in classroom instruction, laboratory exercises, and design projects clearly reflected their readiness to meet industry standards.

The NC II in Technical Drafting, administered by the Technical Education and Skills Development Authority (TESDA), is a nationally recognized certification that validates an individual’s skills in preparing detailed technical drawings, designs, and plans using both manual drafting and computer-aided design (CAD) technologies. Holding this certification provides graduates with a competitive edge in the job market, strengthens their professional credibility, and opens opportunities in architecture, engineering, and construction industries—both locally and internationally.

Puerto Princesa City, Palawan – CSU officials, together with selected faculty and staff, participate in the BIMP-EAGA International Research Conference and Training held at Citystate Asturias, Puerto Princesa City, Palawan, Philippines, from August 26–28, 2025.

The Letter of Intent (LOI) affirms CSU’s commitment to strengthening international academic linkages and advancing research collaborations within the BIMP-EAGA region. It focuses on fostering joint research initiatives, faculty and student exchanges, and capacity-building programs that promote regional development and innovation.

This milestone partnership reflects CSU’s vision of global engagement, cultural exchange, and knowledge-sharing with partner institutions, ensuring meaningful contributions to education, research, and community development across Southeast Asia.

Pursuant to Proclamation No. 727, August 21, 2025 (Thursday) is declared a Special (Non-Working) Holiday in observance of Ninoy Aquino Day, while August 25, 2025 (Monday) is declared a Regular Holiday in observance of National Heroes Day. In line with this, there will be no classes and work on the said dates.

The Caraga State University Cabadbaran Campus, through the Division of Student Affairs and Services (DSAS), will be holding the Student General Orientation for the 1st Semester of A.Y. 2025–2026 on August 27, 2025 (Wednesday), at 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, at the CSUCC Gymnasium.

This activity is intended for freshmen, transferees, returnees, Grade 7, and Grade 11 students. In line with DSAS Memorandum Order No. 48, s. 2025, all participating classes are excused for the whole day to give way to this important event.

The orientation aims to guide students in their academic journey, helping them get familiar with the university’s services, policies, and student support programs.
