Every aspect of our lives influences our state of well-being. Well-being comes from physical, mental, and emotional health, and such factors have become crucial in our lives especially in these trying times.

Some of us may have the courage to share with our families and friends whatever problems we have but it's not the same with others. Most of us are afraid or are not used to open up and just chose to keep it to ourselves and deal with it alone.

As youth we all wanted our emotions to be understood, to take part in different activities, to have good relationships and social connections, to find meaning in life, and feel that we're doing well.

So, instead of just merely saying "hi" and "hello,"
"How are you?" is also what HERO wanted to know.
