The School of Information Technology successfully conducted the โ€œSoirรฉe dโ€™Honneur: The SIT Graduation Ball and Gala Party 2026โ€ as a celebration of achievements, excellence, and milestones of both graduating and continuing students.

Hosted by Mr. Kenneth T. Arteza, the event served as a meaningful gathering that highlighted the studentsโ€™ hard work, dedication, and academic journey throughout the Academic Year 2025โ€“2026. It also provided an opportunity for graduating and continuing students and faculty members to celebrate together in an atmosphere of gratitude, unity, and recognition.

One of the highlights of the program was the acceptance speech delivered by Ms. Jacqueline D.C. Reyes, who shared words of gratitude, inspiration, and encouragement for her fellow students as they prepare for the next chapter of their journey. The ceremonial toast was also led by Mr. Jensen Allen Y. Co, symbolizing unity, success, and the shared aspirations of both graduating and continuing students.

As part of the program, outstanding student achievements were also recognized through special awards and citations. The Best Capstone Project Award was presented to TICKETEASE, while a Special Citation Award was given to AGOS for actively representing the institution in various competitions and activities.

As we enter the month of May, many in the Philippines begin preparing for Motherโ€™s Day next week. It is a time when we are reminded of the love, sacrifice, and guidance our parents or guardians have shown us through the years.
