5 out of 10 Binibini’s Abaca Festival Costume competition was designed and crafted by the CatSU- College of Industrial Technology Faculty and Students.
A breathtaking handmade abaca costume that preserved the Cultural History as we inculcated the love for our modern heroes- the Parahag-ot of Catanduanes ❤️
