The College of Teacher Education of Cagayan State University – Sanchez Mira Campus proudly congratulates its successful examinees in the March 2026 Licensure Examination for Teachers (LET).

The Bachelor of Elementary Education (BEEd) program achieved a 100% passing rate among first takers (1/1). Meanwhile, the Bachelor of Secondary Education (BSEd) program posted a 75.00% passing rate among first takers (3/4).

This achievement reflects the dedication, perseverance, and commitment of the graduates, faculty members, and the entire CSU-SM academic community in advancing quality teacher education.

‎CTEd Batch 2011 pays it forward, sponsors awards and donates smart TV
‎
‎Carrying the College of Teacher Education's Paying Forward Culture, alumni of CTEd Batch 2011 sponsored the medals, plaque, and certificates for Batch 2026 graduating students and donated a 50-inch smart television for classroom use during the CTEDayaw 2026 held on May 7 at Sanchez Mira People's Gymnasium.

‎Mr. Edison Matias, Dr. Rogela Banganan, Mrs. Harmin Joy Villamar, and Mrs. Mathleen Descalzo served as the batch's representatives, personally presenting the awards to the graduating students and turning over the smart television during the event.
‎
‎In his message delivered on behalf of Batch 2011, Mr. Matias expressed hope that the donated television would become more than just a screen, but a window where curiosity is awakened, lessons come alive, and young minds begin to see possibilities beyond the walls of the classroom.
‎
‎"We give not just in gratitude, but in hope that from this small act may grow greater opportunities, brighter futures, and a deeper love for learning, both for the students and for the institution that first believed in us," he added.

‎Batch 2011 joins the line as the fifth batch of CTEd's Paying Forward Culture Movers since Dr. Verlino D. Baddu launched the initiative in 2022 and was first carried out by Batch 2007, with succeeding batches continuing the practice ever since.
‎
‎Moreover, the batch's participation reflects the paying forward culture that CTEd alumni continue to carry beyond their graduation, one that encourages former students to invest in the growth and success of those who come after them.
