November 11, 2023—In a thrilling display of intellect and wit, the College of Law clinched victory in a closely contested match against the Graduate School during the 11th Intercollegiate Students’ Festival Quiz Bowl Competition at Jose Rizal Memorial State University.

COL Breakers Jericho Jarlego, Ma. Alessandra Eguia, and Abegael Perez called it a “Historic Win” as it took them five (5) long years to secure gold.

“𝘐’𝘮 𝘩𝘶𝘮𝘣𝘭𝘦𝘥 𝘣𝘦𝘤𝘢𝘶𝘴𝘦 𝘪𝘵 𝘸𝘢𝘴 𝘢 𝘤𝘭𝘰𝘴𝘦 𝘧𝘪𝘨𝘩𝘵 𝘸𝘪𝘵𝘩 𝘵𝘩𝘦 𝘎𝘳𝘢𝘥 𝘚𝘤𝘩𝘰𝘰𝘭. 𝘛𝘩𝘦𝘺 𝘨𝘢𝘷𝘦 𝘶𝘴 𝘢 𝘨𝘰𝘰𝘥 𝘧𝘪𝘨𝘩𝘵,” Eguia stated in an interview.

Competitors were no match with the eagle's sharp talons as the CCJE Eagles gripped the championship of the 11th Intercollegiate Students’ Festival Radio Drama Competition held this November 11, 2023.

From the opening lines to the final crescendo, CCJE Eagles demonstrated exceptional creativity and ex*****on in their radio drama production entitled "𝘔𝘈𝘛𝘈'' with seamlessly blended compelling narratives, skillful sound effects, and captivating dialogues, transporting listeners and judges into a world of suspense and emotion.

"𝘈𝘤𝘵𝘶𝘢𝘭𝘭𝘺, 𝘶𝘯𝘦𝘹𝘱𝘦𝘤𝘵𝘦𝘥 𝘫𝘶𝘥 𝘬𝘢𝘢𝘺𝘶 𝘢𝘮𝘶𝘢𝘯𝘨 𝘱𝘢𝘨𝘬𝘢𝘥𝘢𝘶𝘨. Landing on second best was CNAHS Vipers who exceptionally performed their piece called "𝘏𝘈𝘔𝘗𝘈𝘒 𝘚𝘈 𝘒𝘈𝘗𝘈𝘓𝘈𝘙𝘈𝘕," while taking the third best was CBA Lions with their piece "𝘉𝘈𝘒𝘈𝘚 𝘕𝘎 𝘗𝘈𝘕𝘐𝘉𝘈𝘎𝘖𝘕𝘎 𝘉𝘜𝘒𝘈𝘚."

Meanwhile, in Category B, College of Law Breakers claimed the first spot in Radio Drama followed by the Graduate School Game Changers.
