Tree Growing Activity in Support of the Graduation Legacy for the Environment Act of 2016 (HB 8728)

This morning, our BPA graduating students, alongside their Internship Adviser Ms. Hannah Mariano, Program Head Ms. Charito M. Escuzar, and Program Coordinator Ms. Maria May A. Doña, actively participated in a Tree Growing Activity—a step towards a greener and more sustainable future!

This meaningful initiative was spearheaded by MENRO personnel, led by Ma’am Jennilyn S. Alegarbes, EMS-1, Focal Community Extension headed by Ma'am Marietta A. Villanueva, and in collaboration with Barangay Captain Jannette D. Castromayor, Barangay Councilor Melchor Amor.

A big thank you to everyone who took part in this important cause! Let’s continue to nurture our environment and make a difference, one tree at a time!

𝐍𝐄𝐖𝐒: 𝐓𝐞𝐧 𝐁𝐏𝐀 𝟒𝐭𝐡-𝐘𝐞𝐚𝐫 𝐒𝐭𝐮𝐝𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬 𝐏𝐚𝐬𝐬 𝐍𝐂𝐈𝐈𝐈 𝐁𝐨𝐨𝐤𝐤𝐞𝐞𝐩𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐄𝐱𝐚𝐦

Ten Bachelor of Public Administration (BPA) 4th-year students have successfully passed the National Certificate (NCIII) Bookkeeping Examination last December 2024 to January 2025 at Provincial Training Center Davao del Norte - TESDA, Apokon, Tagum City.

The students who achieved this milestone under the guidance of their instructors Jaica Ortega and Jeanette Plete namely: Alboroto, Ma. Myrah; Arendain, Shilla Dyan; Artajo, Karen; Baluca, Shaena Mae; Lanzaderas, Leo; Marin, Realyn; Perez, Estrella Claire; Rillera, Monica; Sarceno, Emie and Varona, Harold.

This achievement underscores their commitment to their studies and enhances their qualifications for future career opportunities in the field of bookkeeping, which is part of their subject curriculum.
