𝑩𝒆𝒕𝒕𝒆𝒓 𝒍𝒂𝒕𝒆 𝒕𝒉𝒂𝒏 𝒏𝒆𝒗𝒆𝒓—𝒈𝒓𝒆𝒂𝒕 𝒆𝒙𝒑𝒆𝒓𝒊𝒆𝒏𝒄𝒆𝒔 𝒍𝒊𝒌𝒆 𝒕𝒉𝒊𝒔 𝒂𝒓𝒆 𝒂𝒍𝒘𝒂𝒚𝒔 𝒘𝒐𝒓𝒕𝒉 𝒍𝒐𝒐𝒌𝒊𝒏𝒈 𝒃𝒂𝒄𝒌 𝒐𝒏. ✨🧡

Last March 27, 2026, JTHMAP brought vibrant energy to the ACES Covered Court through its event themed “𝐂𝐮𝐥𝐭𝐢𝐯𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐂𝐫𝐞𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐯𝐢𝐭𝐲 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐋𝐞𝐚𝐝𝐞𝐫𝐬𝐡𝐢𝐩 𝐟𝐨𝐫 𝐄𝐱𝐜𝐞𝐥𝐥𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐞.” It was a meaningful day filled with learning, inspiration, creativity, and collaboration from beginning to end.

The 𝗺𝗼𝗿𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘀𝗲𝘀𝘀𝗶𝗼𝗻 featured an engaging 𝗟𝗲𝗮𝗱𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗵𝗶𝗽 𝗦𝗲𝗺𝗶𝗻𝗮𝗿 led by 𝗠𝗮’𝗮𝗺 𝗝𝗲𝗮𝗻𝗺𝗶𝗲 𝗬. 𝗖𝘂𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗼, who shared valuable insights on leadership and communication. Her powerful reminder that “𝘭𝘦𝘢𝘥𝘦𝘳𝘴𝘩𝘪𝘱 𝘦𝘧𝘧𝘦𝘤𝘵𝘪𝘷𝘦𝘯𝘦𝘴𝘴 𝘪𝘴 𝘪𝘯𝘴𝘦𝘱𝘢𝘳𝘢𝘣𝘭𝘦 𝘧𝘳𝘰𝘮 𝘤𝘰𝘮𝘮𝘶𝘯𝘪𝘤𝘢𝘵𝘪𝘰𝘯 𝘲𝘶𝘢𝘭𝘪𝘵𝘺”sparked meaningful discussions and active participation among students.

In the 𝗮𝗳𝘁𝗲𝗿𝗻𝗼𝗼𝗻 𝘀𝗲𝘀𝘀𝗶𝗼𝗻, the excitement continued with a hands-on 𝗙𝗿𝘂𝗶𝘁 𝗖𝗮𝗿𝘃𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗖𝘂𝗽𝗰𝗮𝗸𝗲 𝗗𝗲𝗰𝗼𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗪𝗼𝗿𝗸𝘀𝗵𝗼𝗽 facilitated by 𝗖𝗵𝗲𝗳 𝗙𝗿𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗶𝘀𝗰𝗼 𝗚𝘂𝗮𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗼. Participants explored their creativity and transformed simple ingredients into impressive artistic creations, showcasing both skill and passion.

From leadership development to creative expression, the event highlighted a perfect balance of growth, inspiration, and enjoyment—bringing out the best in every participant.

This successful event was made possible through strong collaboration and dedicated efforts across all teams involved. Sincere appreciation is extended to our 𝗝𝗧𝗛𝗠𝗔𝗣 𝗰𝗼𝗼𝗿𝗱𝗶𝗻𝗮𝘁𝗼𝗿𝘀, 𝗦𝗶𝗿 𝗝𝘂𝗱𝗲 𝗠𝗮𝗿𝗸 𝗟𝗮𝗴𝘂𝗻𝗮, 𝗖𝗚𝗦𝗣, and 𝗠𝗮’𝗮𝗺 𝗦𝗵𝗶𝗲𝗹𝗮 𝗢𝗺𝗯𝗮𝗼, 𝗖𝗚𝗦𝗣, for their unwavering guidance, support, and encouragement throughout the planning and ex*****on of the program.

𝗛𝗲𝗮𝗱𝘀 𝘂𝗽! 𝗜𝗜𝗧𝗛𝗠 𝗟𝗲𝗮𝗱𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗵𝗶𝗽 𝗧𝗿𝗮𝗶𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗧𝗲𝗮𝗺 𝗕𝘂𝗶𝗹𝗱𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟱: 𝗦𝗵𝗮𝗽𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗙𝘂𝘁𝘂𝗿𝗲 𝗟𝗲𝗮𝗱𝗲𝗿𝘀!

On October 18, 2025, ACES Polytechnic College, Inc. (APCI) successfully hosted the Institute of International Tourism & Hospitality Management (IITHM) Leadership Training and Team Building event at the ACES Natural Farm RMO.

Aligned with the theme, "𝙎𝙝𝙖𝙥𝙞𝙣𝙜 𝙁𝙪𝙩𝙪𝙧𝙚 𝙇𝙚𝙖𝙙𝙚𝙧𝙨 𝙏𝙝𝙧𝙤𝙪𝙜𝙝 𝙐𝙣𝙞𝙩𝙮, 𝙂𝙧𝙤𝙬𝙩𝙝, 𝙖𝙣𝙙 𝙀𝙭𝙘𝙚𝙡𝙡𝙚𝙣𝙘𝙚," the training was expertly designed to foster collaboration, enhance communication, and build essential management skills among our student leaders, who tackled exciting and challenging activities that promoted teamwork and leadership potential.

We extend a sincere thank you to our esteemed resource speaker, Mr. Justine Mark Quitor, for sharing his valuable insights and expertise. We also express our deep gratitude to our dedicated Dean, Dr. Rommel Ervin Anca, LPT, CGSP, for his unwavering support of student development. Additionally, we recognize and appreciate the hard work of our dedicated IITHM coordinators and faculty members, whose commitment ensured the seamless and meaningful ex*****on of the entire program. Finally, we would like to give a special shoutout to our vibrant student clubs and their dedicated advisers: the Union of Tourism Students, led by Ms. Princess Shannen A. Guisihan; JTHMAP, guided by Mr. Jude Mark Laguna and Ms. Shiela Ombao; the Guild of Flair Bartenders and Baristas, overseen by Mr. Kian Recto; and the Elite Tour Guide Club, under the guidance of Ms. Jeanmie Y.
