The Health & Ancillary Services โ€“ ACCESS Campus reminds all first-year students and transferees to submit their medical requirements before enrollment:

โ€ข Submit an official Medical Certificate or Physical Examination result, duly signed by a licensed doctor (with license number). Forms signed by nurses or midwives will not be accepted.

โ€ข Declare any existing health conditions in the certificate.

โ€ข Submit laboratory results (e.g., HBsAg, Chest X-ray) as required by your respective college.

โ€ข If pregnant, present a medical certificate from an OB-GYN specialist.

โ€ข Persons with Disabilities (PWDs) must submit a copy of their PWD ID.

In the interest of upholding the integrity and credibility of the SKSU Tertiary Placement Test (SKSU-TPT), please be informed that the TPT conducted on February 2, 2025, has been ๐ˆ๐๐•๐€๐‹๐ˆ๐ƒ๐€๐“๐„๐ƒ. Consequently, all examinees who took the said test must ๐‘๐„๐“๐€๐Š๐„ the exam at no additional cost. Additionally, all previously posted schedules for the SKSU-TPT are hereby canceled.

1. Only one account per examinee is allowed, do not create multiple accounts, in case you forgot your account. To recover your account, you may contact 0965 917 4078 or message at SKSU Guidance and Testing Center page.

2. All Examinees are required to wear closed shoes, white polo shirt or T-shirt, and long pants or long skirt. Strictly no Tattered pants and long slit skirt.

3. Backpack or any other large bags are not allowed inside the university premises.

4. Admitting examinees is 1st come 1st serve based on the selected date. All examinees are advised to proceed at the testing site 30 minutes before the examination starts. Late examinees will no longer be entertained.

5. Parent / Guardian is not allowed to enter the University premises during examination.

6. You are only allowed to take the examination once. Taking the examination twice will result to disqualification of your application for admission to SKSU.

January 8 to 31, 2025

All interested applicants are required to PRE-REGISTER online in order to get a test permit. Please follow the steps below:

Step 1. Pay your testing fee of PhP 275.00 in any SKSU Campuses.

Step 2. In any browser, visit the website URL โ€˜sksu-tpt.comโ€™.

Step 3. For verification and authentication purposes, applicants are required to sign in to their Google account email before proceeding

Step 4. Click on โ€˜Continueโ€™.

Step 5. Fill-out the personal information, upload your 2x2 ID Picture (picture should be jpg or png format with maximum o 2MB) and save.

Step 6. After completing your personal details, click โ€˜Saveโ€™.

Step 7. Select your first and second priority program; then click submit application.

Step 8. After selecting the first priority programs, repeat the same for the second priority program, then click โ€˜Submit Applicationโ€™.

Step 9. Type your Reference Number (Official Reference Number) and upload proof of payment (Receipt) and submit.

Step 10. Wait at least 24 hours for confirmation.

Step 11. If you're validated, you can now select a test details.

Step 12. Select available option for time, date of exam, and preferred test center.

Step 13. Click on โ€˜Save Slotโ€™

Step 14. Click on โ€˜View permitโ€™.

Step 15. You can โ€™updateโ€™, โ€˜printโ€™ or โ€˜download pdfโ€™ of your permit.

It's that time of year again! โญ

SKSUans, the wait is over - our classes have officially opened for the new semester. We are thrilled to be back on campus and reconnecting with old friends, as well as excited to meet new classmates and welcome new faces to our school.

The first day of classes in Sultan Kudarat State University - Isulan Campus will start at August 12, 2024, Monday; and here are some details to get yourself ready for the opening:

โ€ข All old students MUST wear their prescribed school uniform.
โ€ข New students however, must wear any casual attire.
โ€ข The flag raising ceremony will start at exactly 7:00am at the school gymnasium.
