You may claim at the DSA Office starting May 18, 2026.
Get a claim stub first at the Business Office, Window 8 before proceeding to the DSA Office.

Schedule of Distribution:
Mondays-Fridays (8:00 AM-11:00 AM and 2:00 PM-4:00 PM)

Note: If you cannot claim the yearbook personally, a representative may claim it with an authorization letter and valid ID.

✔ FULLY ACCOMPLISHED OFFICERS PROFILE
✔ CONSTITUTION AND BY-LAWS OF THE CLUB/ORGANIZATION
✔ CALENDAR OF ACTIVITIES

Can you hear your diploma calling? Five days to go before the big event that would meaningfully conclude our college journey. Five days left to savor the feeling of being a student, and five days more until that very degree we poured our hearts for finds its way to our names.
