- Proficient in Database Management

In celebration of Guidance and Counseling Month, the Office of Counseling and Guidance presents 𝐌𝐈𝐍𝐃 𝐘𝐎𝐔𝐑 𝐖𝐎𝐑𝐃𝐒: 𝐀 𝐌𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐚𝐥 𝐇𝐞𝐚𝐥𝐭𝐡 𝐕𝐨𝐜𝐚𝐛𝐮𝐥𝐚𝐫𝐲 𝐒𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐞𝐬—an initiative designed to build awareness and understanding of commonly used mental health terms.

Through this series, we aim to provide clear, accessible, and reliable definitions that help students better understand their thoughts, emotions, and experiences.

In celebration of Guidance and Counseling Month, the Office of Counseling and Guidance presents 𝐌𝐈𝐍𝐃 𝐘𝐎𝐔𝐑 𝐖𝐎𝐑𝐃𝐒: 𝐀 𝐌𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐚𝐥 𝐇𝐞𝐚𝐥𝐭𝐡 𝐕𝐨𝐜𝐚𝐛𝐮𝐥𝐚𝐫𝐲 𝐒𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐞𝐬—an initiative designed to build awareness and understanding of commonly used mental health terms.

Through this series, we aim to provide clear, accessible, and reliable definitions that help students better understand their thoughts, emotions, and experiences.

For this week, our term is 𝑪𝒐𝒏𝒇𝒊𝒓𝒎𝒂𝒕𝒊𝒐𝒏 𝑩𝒊𝒂𝒔

The Office of Counseling and Guidance is holding Ambient Sound Journey at the Makiling Botanic Garden as part of the Guidance and Counseling Month Celebration.

The activity aims to use ambient sound combined with nature immersion to promote relaxation, mindfulness, and mental wellness among students.
