BREAKING NEWS!

Due to the ANNOUNCED provincewide suspension of work in government offices and classes in all levels (public and private) caused by Super Typhoon Carina intensifying southwest monsoon (habagat) bringing moderate to heavy rain across the country, Day 2 of the 72nd Commencement Exercises scheduled for TOMORROW (July 25, 2024) is hereby CANCELLED.

As the safety of our graduates and employees is our top priority, we encourage everyone to take necessary precautions to stay dry and safe during this time and to keep updated with weather bulletins.

The faculty evaluation will begin on November 20, 2023.

TO ALL STUDENTS (including Graduates and Transferees) who are grantees of the RA-10931 CHED Scholarship / Free Higher Education, REFUND OF TUITION is already available in the Accounting Office.

For the smooth flow of operations, KINDLY FOLLOW the Process for Refund as indicated:

1. Submit LETTER of REQUEST or FILL-OUT APPLICATION for REFUND :
•Option A : Visit the Accounting Office to complete the form.
•Option B: Download, print, and fill out the form thru this link: https://ucu.edu.ph/student-services/downloadable-forms

2. Submit the accomplished Application Form to the Accounting Office.

3. Once submitted, the Accounting Office will issue an acknowledgment receipt. RETAIN PROOF of SUBMISSION for your records.

4. Scheduled release dates for refund (organized by batches) will be posted in the UCU Official page. Please stay tuned.

5. Once schedules are released, proceed to the Cashier's Office to claim the refund. Bring proof of refund application (acknowledgment receipt issued) and one (1) valid ID (preferably government-issued).

NOTE: If the graduate/applicant is unable to claim the refund in person, an Authorization Letter with sufficient attachments is required.

A "No UCU-CAT, No Admission" policy will be strictly implemented. To those who passed the previous admission test for this academic year, but were not able to enroll during the first semester, are still qualified to enroll this incoming second semester: they do not need to reapply.
