In April 2026, the ๐๐š๐œ๐ก๐ž๐ฅ๐จ๐ซ ๐จ๐Ÿ ๐’๐œ๐ข๐ž๐ง๐œ๐ž ๐ข๐ง ๐‚๐จ๐ฆ๐ฆ๐ฎ๐ง๐ข๐ญ๐ฒ ๐ƒ๐ž๐ฏ๐ž๐ฅ๐จ๐ฉ๐ฆ๐ž๐ง๐ญ (๐๐’ ๐‚๐จ๐ฆ๐ƒ๐ž๐ฏ) ๐๐ซ๐จ๐ ๐ซ๐š๐ฆ ๐จ๐Ÿ ๐๐ฎ๐ค๐ข๐๐ง๐จ๐ง ๐’๐ญ๐š๐ญ๐ž ๐”๐ง๐ข๐ฏ๐ž๐ซ๐ฌ๐ข๐ญ๐ฒ conducted an onsite monitoring activity for student interns assigned in various ๐‡๐จ๐ฌ๐ญ ๐“๐ซ๐š๐ข๐ง๐ข๐ง๐  ๐„๐ฌ๐ญ๐š๐›๐ฅ๐ข๐ฌ๐ก๐ฆ๐ž๐ง๐ญ๐ฌ (๐‡๐“๐„๐ฌ) across the๐‹๐จ๐œ๐š๐ฅ ๐†๐จ๐ฏ๐ž๐ซ๐ง๐ฆ๐ž๐ง๐ญ ๐”๐ง๐ข๐ญ๐ฌ (๐‹๐†๐”๐ฌ) of Malaybalay City, Dangcagan, and Impasugong, including offices under the Province of Bukidnon. The activity aimed to assess the internsโ€™ performance, workplace experiences, and overall learning progress throughout their field instruction program.

During the monitoring visits, supervisors and partner agencies shared positive feedback regarding the internsโ€™ professionalism, dedication, adaptability, and active contribution to office operations and community-related activities. The activity also provided an avenue for meaningful dialogue between faculty coordinators, agency supervisors, and student interns to further strengthen collaboration and ensure that internship objectives and learning outcomes are effectively achieved.

Student interns likewise expressed their appreciation for the opportunity to immerse themselves in actual community development settings where they were able to enhance their practical skills, strengthen their confidence, and gain deeper insights into public service and development work. These experiences continue to prepare them in becoming competent, compassionate, and socially responsive future community development practitioners.

The Tagoloan Community College (TCC) conducted a benchmarking activity for the BS Community Development (BSCD) Program of Bukidnon State University (BukSU) on April 23, 2026, focusing on the exchange of best practices and strengthening academic processes in key areas such as student and faculty research, internship implementation, and the establishment of Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) with international schools and partner organizations. The activity highlighted the importance of fostering research engagement, enhancing internship experiences, and building strong partnerships that contribute to global linkages in community development education.
