We sincerely apologize to the CCS students, CCS Faculty, and General Education Department for the inconvenience, trouble, and wasted time caused by the sudden postponement of the event. As the organizing team, we take full responsibility and accountability for this oversight, as we understand how much preparation and effort everyone put into adjusting their schedules for this activity.
The event had to be postponed due to unexpected delays in the administrative processing and approval of necessary documents and official letters. While we aimed to resolve these requirements on time, unforeseen procedural delays prevented us from securing the final clearances needed to proceed with the original schedule.
Moving forward, we are actively taking steps to refine our planning and coordination process to prevent similar issues from happening again. We will ensure that all administrative requirements are processed much earlier for future events to guarantee a smoother ex*****on. We deeply appreciate your patience, grace, and understanding regarding this matter.
