Tau Gamma Phi Triskelions' Grand Fraternity San Juan City Council, under the Metro Manila Regional Council, is comprised of 14 active chapters with numerous members. The council, as a representative of the fraternity, is well-known and inclined to serving the community through its community projects and events focused for the better of the people of San Juan.

The Balong-Bato Community Chapter proudly invites everyone to support our upcoming Raffle for a Cause on December 12, 2026 (Saturday), at 3:00 PM, to be held at Barangay Balong-Bato Hall and via Facebook Live!

This fundraising activity is more than just a raffle—it is an opportunity to share our blessings and bring happiness to the children of our barangay.

All funds raised from this activity will be dedicated to organizing a Christmas Party and Gift-Giving Activity for the children of our community. Our goal is to give them a memorable Christmas filled with laughter, love, hope, and the joy of receiving gifts.

OFFICIAL TRAFFIC ADVISORY

Date of Activity: October 4, 2026

In connection with the celebration of the 58th Founding Anniversary of the Triskelions’ Grand Fraternity – Tau Gamma Phi, the public is hereby advised that a Grand Anniversary Parade will be conducted on October 4, 2026, involving participating Triskelions from the National Capital Region.

The parade will traverse selected major city streets and designated routes within the National Capital Region, which may result in temporary traffic interruptions, traffic slowdowns, road diversions, and brief restrictions along affected areas.

Motorists, commuters, pedestrians, and the general public are respectfully advised to:

1. Expect possible traffic congestion and delays along and near the designated parade routes;
2. Allow additional travel time and, whenever practicable, consider alternative routes;
3. Observe traffic regulations and the lawful instructions of traffic authorities and authorized personnel deployed in the affected areas;
4. Exercise patience, courtesy, and proper caution while the parade is being conducted; and
5. Remain alert for any temporary changes in traffic flow or road access.

The organizing body shall coordinate with the appropriate local government units, traffic management offices, law enforcement agencies, and other concerned authorities for the orderly and safe conduct of the activity.

We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience, delay, or temporary interruption that may be experienced by the commuting public and motorists.

Your patience, understanding, and cooperation are highly appreciated as we commemorate this significant milestone of the Triskelion community.

Announcement: Cancellation of Bloodletting Activity on September 27, 2026.

Please be informed that the scheduled bloodletting activity has been cancelled due to the election-related restrictions issued by the Commission on Elections (COMELEC), which will be in effect October 3 until November 9 2026,

The activity was originally planned to be held at a government-owned/managed venue. In compliance with the COMELEC memorandum and to avoid any possible issues or concerns regarding the use of a government facility during the election period, we have decided to cancel the activity.

This decision is being made as a precautionary and compliance measure to ensure that our organization fully observes the applicable election-related guidelines and avoids any misunderstanding regarding the use of government resources or facilities.

We apologize for any inconvenience this cancellation may cause and appreciate everyone’s understanding and cooperation.

OFFICIAL NOTICE FROM THE METRO MANILA REGIONAL COUNCIL (MMRC)

SUBJECT: ISSUANCE OF MMRC RESOLUTION NO. 011, SERIES OF 2026 AND MEMORANDUM CIRCULAR NO. 003, SERIES OF 2026

TO: ALL CHAPTER GRAND TRISKELIONS, CITY/MUNICIPAL COUNCILS, OFFICERS, AND MEMBERS WITHIN METRO MANILA

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Metro Manila Regional Council (MMRC) Policy-Making Board has officially enacted MMRC Resolution No. 011, Series of 2026, along with MMRC Memorandum Circular No. 003, Series of 2026, establishing a formal framework for the recognition and re-integration of chapters that previously declared withdrawal of support, assumed "stand-alone" or independent status, or participated in unauthorized council formations.

KEY DIRECTIVES & MANDATORY PROVISIONS:

1. UNITY AND JURISDICTIONAL INTEGRITY
Pursuant to National Council Memorandum Circular Order No. 003, Series of 2024 (MCO 3-24) and the Local Council Code (LCC) of 2002, the creation of independent codes, unauthorized sub-jurisdictions, or "stand-alone" entities outside the official hierarchy is strictly prohibited.

2. MANDATORY THIRTY (30)-DAY RE-INTEGRATION PERIOD
Effective upon official publication (September 5, 2026), a non-extendable grace period of thirty (30) days is granted to all concerned chapters to initiate and complete the formal re-integration process into the recognized regional body.

3. PROCEDURAL REQUIREMENTS FOR RE-INTEGRATION
To be restored to full standing and receive a Certificate of Re-integration and Recognition, chapters must strictly satisfy:

- Formal Letter of Recantation: Submission of an official Resolution signed by chapter officers, explicitly rescinding and nullifying prior "stand-alone" or "independent" declarations.

- Affirmation of Loyalty: Ex*****on of a sworn statement of loyalty to the National Constitution, LCC of 2002, the MMRC, and respective City/Municipal Council leadership.

- Audit & Vetting Process: Comprehensive joint review of membership records and historical activities conducted by the MMRC Secretary-General and respective City/Municipal Council leadership.

4. CONSEQUENCES OF NON-COMPLIANCE
Chapters failing to avail themselves of this 30-day window shall face permanent de-recognition. Any subsequent activities conducted by non-compliant chapters will be declared illegal, unauthorized, and invalid, triggering immediate administrative sanctions against all involved individuals under fraternity laws and governance codes.
