The office participated in the Monday Convocation on April 28, 2025, at the USTP Claveria Student Center. In compliance with Memo No. 124, s. 2025, titled "USTP Internal Rules on the Implementation of the Revised Dress Code for Government Officials and Employees," the personnel adhered to the regulation by wearing Barong Tagalog and Filipiniana attire. Additionally, the newly hired personnel introduced themselves for recognition.

The USTP Claveria Auxiliary Management Services personnel dedicated three days of hard work to plant bamboo grass in Alubijid, Misamis Oriental, in collaboration with the Department of Environment and Natural Resources (DENR). 🌱

With each bamboo planted, we're not only enhancing our environment but also contributing to a sustainable and greener tomorrow. 🌍💚

The Career and Job Placement Services (formerly Career Center and Industry Relations Office) of USTP Claveria headed by Zenelyn S. Labay, Director, successfully conducted the 𝙒𝙤𝙧𝙠 𝙄𝙢𝙢𝙚𝙧𝙨𝙞𝙤𝙣 𝘾𝙪𝙡𝙢𝙞𝙣𝙖𝙩𝙞𝙤𝙣 𝘼𝙘𝙩𝙞𝙫𝙞𝙩𝙮 on 𝙁𝙚𝙗𝙧𝙪𝙖𝙧𝙮 28, 2025, at 3𝙧𝙙 𝙁𝙡𝙤𝙤𝙧, 𝘼𝙙𝙢𝙞𝙣 𝘽𝙪𝙞𝙡𝙙𝙞𝙣𝙜. The event recognized 102 𝙨𝙚𝙣𝙞𝙤𝙧 𝙝𝙞𝙜𝙝 𝙨𝙘𝙝𝙤𝙤𝙡 𝙨𝙩𝙪𝙙𝙚𝙣𝙩𝙨 from Kalingagan National High School (KNHS), Christian Samaritan Health Services and Technical School Inc. (CSHSTC), and Malitbog Agricultural High School (MAHS) who completed their immersion program at the university from 𝙁𝙚𝙗𝙧𝙪𝙖𝙧𝙮 17 𝙩𝙤 28, 2025.

The ceremony was graced by 𝘿𝙧. 𝘼𝙡𝙚𝙭𝙖𝙣𝙙𝙚𝙧 𝙇. 𝙄𝙙𝙤, VCAA, and featured an inspirational message from our dearest Champion Chancellor, 𝘿𝙧. 𝙍𝙚𝙣𝙖𝙩𝙤 𝙊. 𝘼𝙧𝙖𝙯𝙤. School representatives 𝙈𝙨. 𝘼𝙣𝙣𝙖 𝙈𝙖𝙧𝙞𝙚 𝙂. 𝘼𝙜𝙪𝙞𝙢𝙖𝙣 (KNHS), 𝙈𝙨. 𝙈𝙖𝙞𝙘𝙮 𝘿𝙖𝙞𝙜𝙤𝙣 (CSHSTC), and 𝙈𝙨. 𝘾𝙝𝙚𝙧𝙧𝙮 𝙎. 𝙋𝙤𝙣𝙩𝙚𝙧𝙖𝙨 (MAHS) expressed their gratitude to USTP Claveria for the opportunity extended to their students. The event featured various talents presented by the immersionist, followed by constructive feedback from the selected supervisors, 𝙈𝙨. 𝙆𝙖𝙧𝙚𝙣 𝘼. 𝙇𝙪𝙘𝙞𝙣𝙤 (University Registrar), 𝙀𝙣𝙜𝙧. 𝘼𝙞𝙯𝙖 𝙂𝙤 𝙄𝙘𝙖𝙡𝙞𝙣𝙖 (PSO), 𝙈𝙧. 𝙎𝙚𝙞𝙜𝙛𝙧𝙚𝙙 𝙈𝙤𝙧𝙙𝙚𝙣𝙤 (Landscape Supervisor), 𝙈𝙨. 𝙇𝙚𝙯𝙞𝙡 𝙅𝙖𝙗𝙖𝙜𝙖𝙩 (MPP Manager), and 𝙀𝙣𝙜𝙧. 𝙅𝙪𝙨𝙩𝙞𝙣 𝘾. 𝙋𝙖𝙙𝙖𝙮 (Extension Associate). Student representatives 𝙈𝙨. 𝘾𝙝𝙧𝙞𝙨𝙩𝙞𝙣𝙚 𝙁𝙖𝙞𝙩𝙝 𝘼𝙜𝙘𝙤𝙥𝙧𝙖 (CSHSTC), 𝙈𝙨. 𝙅𝙚𝙨𝙨𝙚𝙡 𝘽𝙚𝙩𝙚 (MAHS), and 𝙈𝙨. 𝙍𝙞𝙯𝙖 𝙅𝙤𝙮 𝙇𝙪𝙢𝙞𝙣𝙙𝙖𝙨 (KNHS) shared insightful reflections on their immersion experiences. Finally, 𝘿𝙧. 𝘼𝙧𝙜𝙞𝙣 𝘼. 𝙂𝙪𝙡𝙖𝙣𝙚𝙨,, VCSAS, delivered the closing remarks, commending the students' dedication and emphasizing the university’s commitment to industry-aligned education and career readiness.

This event underscores USTP Claveria’s commitment to strengthening partnerships with local schools and preparing students for future professional endeavors.
