๐๐๐ ๐๐๐๐๐๐! | In the spirit of thanksgiving and faith, students from Universidad De Zamboanga โ Pagadian, together with participants from various schools, actively took part in the Pasalamat Festival Parade held in Pagadian City on January 18, 2026. The Pasalamat Festival, derived from the Cebuano word โpasalamatโ meaning thanksgiving, is a significant cultural and religious celebration that honors Seรฑor Santo Niรฑo, the Holy Child Jesus.
This annual event reflects the deep-rooted devotion of the community, expressing gratitude for blessings received and seeking guidance and protection for the coming year.
The parade served not only as a colorful display of culture and unity but also as a solemn expression of faith, bringing together students, educators, and community members in a shared act of reverence. Through music, traditional attire, and coordinated performances, the participants paid tribute to Seรฑor Santo Niรฑo while showcasing the rich cultural heritage of Pagadian City.
