Good news, students! The release of student clearances has been extended until Monday, October 19, 2026, at 6:30 PM.

Please take note of the new deadline and make sure to secure your student clearance before the scheduled time.

ANNOUNCEMENT | STUDENT CLEARANCE ADVISORY FOR A.Y. 2026โ€“2027

The Student Affairs Unit (SAU) of SICC would like to inform all students that the release of Student Clearances will be on October 12โ€“15, 2026, while the clearance-signing period will run from October 12โ€“30, 2026.

๐Ÿ“Œ IMPORTANT REMINDERS:

โœ… For students who already have their Student Handbooks: You may start securing signatures from the concerned offices.

โœ… For students who have not yet claimed their Student Handbooks: Please visit the Student Affairs Unit (SAU) as soon as possible.

โœ… Complete your clearance early: Secure all required signatures within the prescribed period to avoid inconvenience.

โœ… Keep your clearance neat and in good condition: Students with untidy, damaged, or altered clearances will be required to submit an affidavit of explanation.

โš ๏ธ PLEASE BE GUIDED: Failure to comply within the prescribed timeline will require students to submit a notarized letter of commitment and render supervised community service.

We encourage everyone to take note of these dates and complete their clearances responsibly and on time.
