Enrollment Schedule
Semester 1, A.Y. 2026-2027

Enrollment Dates
• Fourth Year Students: June 3, 2026
• Third Year Students: June 4–5, 2026
• Second Year Students: June 8–10, 2026
• First Year Students: June 3–5, 8–12, and 15–19, 2026

Important:
1. Incoming Fourth Year, Shifter and Irregular Students shall proceed to the Program Head Office for evaluation prior to enrollment.
2. Incoming First Year and Regular Students, shall proceed to the assigned room for processing.
3. Incoming First Year Students are required to bring complete requirements upon enrollment.

Requirements:
For New Students:
1. Original PSA Birth Certificate and One (1) Photocopy
2. Original PSA Marriage Certificate and One (1) Photocopy (For married women)
3. Original Report Card and One (1) Photocopy
4. Original Certificate of Good Moral
5. 2pcs 2x2 pics white Background

For Transferees:
1. Original PSA Birth Certificate
2. Original PSA Marriage Certificate (For married women)
3. Original TOR for Evaluation
4. Original Transfer Credentials/Honorable Dismissal

Per the provisions of OVP SAS Memorandum No. 04, s. 2025, the following student organizations are hereby recognized and granted all the privileges pertaining to student organizations as provided by existing school policies:

To all student organizations that missed the last deadline for submitting their requirements, you have until 14 August 2025 to be accredited. However, only a conditional accreditation will be granted, which means that this office will strictly monitor student organizations with this status. Any failure to comply with school policies regarding the operation of student organizations, as outlined in the 2020 SEAIT Student Handbook and OVP SAS Memorandum No. 04, s. 2025 may result in the suspension of your student organization for this semester.
