Please be informed that the Application for Graduation for the Second Semester, Academic Year 2025–2026 will be open from April 15 to April 30, 2026.

All graduating students of Surigao del Norte State University – Del Carmen Campus who are eligible and intending to graduate this semester are required to file their Application for Graduation within the specified period. Kindly ensure that all necessary requirements are fully accomplished and submitted on time to avoid any inconvenience.

⚠️ Important Reminder:
Students who fail to submit their Application for Graduation within the given schedule will not be included in the official list of candidates for graduation.

📌 Note: The Application for Graduation form is available at the Office of the Registrar.
