𝘽𝙋𝘼 4𝘼 𝙋𝙍𝙀-𝙊𝙍𝘼𝙇 𝘿𝙀𝙁𝙀𝙉𝙎𝙀 2026

Another significant academic milestone was reached by the 𝑩𝒂𝒄𝒉𝒆𝒍𝒐𝒓 𝒐𝒇 𝑷𝒖𝒃𝒍𝒊𝒄 𝑨𝒅𝒎𝒊𝒏𝒊𝒔𝒕𝒓𝒂𝒕𝒊𝒐𝒏 4𝑨 students as they successfully conducted their 𝐏𝐫𝐞-𝐎𝐫𝐚𝐥 𝐃𝐞𝐟𝐞𝐧𝐬𝐞 on 𝐀𝐮𝐠𝐮𝐬𝐭 14, 2026. The activity provided the student-researchers with an opportunity to present and critically examine their respective studies, strengthening their competencies in research, policy analysis, evidence-based inquiry, and the application of public administration principles to contemporary governance and societal concerns.

The research presentations were critically evaluated by the distinguished panel composed of 𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐟. 𝐈𝐚𝐧 𝐁𝐚𝐫𝐫𝐞𝐝𝐨, 𝐃𝐫. 𝐍𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐬𝐬𝐚 𝐏𝐞 𝐁𝐞𝐧𝐢𝐭𝐨, 𝐃𝐫. 𝐂𝐨𝐧𝐜𝐞𝐬𝐚 𝐓. 𝐂𝐨𝐫𝐭𝐞𝐳, 𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐟. 𝐌𝐞𝐠𝐚𝐧 𝐒. 𝐏𝐨𝐲𝐚𝐨𝐚𝐧, and 𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐟. 𝐆𝐫𝐚𝐜𝐞 𝐂. 𝐕𝐢𝐞𝐫𝐧𝐞𝐬, whose scholarly insights and recommendations contributed to the further development and refinement of the students' research. The academic undertaking was conducted under the guidance of 𝐃𝐫. 𝐗𝐞𝐫𝐞𝐬 𝐘𝐯𝐨𝐧𝐧𝐞 𝐎. 𝐐𝐮𝐢𝐦𝐨𝐫𝐚, 𝐁𝐏𝐀 𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐠𝐫𝐚𝐦 𝐂𝐡𝐚𝐢𝐫, and 𝐃𝐫. 𝐈𝐬𝐚𝐠𝐚𝐧𝐢 𝐄. 𝐓𝐨𝐥𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐨, 𝐃𝐞𝐚𝐧 𝐨𝐟 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐈𝐧𝐬𝐭𝐢𝐭𝐮𝐭𝐞 𝐨𝐟 𝐏𝐮𝐛𝐥𝐢𝐜 𝐏𝐨𝐥𝐢𝐜𝐲 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐆𝐨𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐧𝐚𝐧𝐜𝐞 (IPPG).

Beyond fulfilling an academic requirement, the Pre-Oral Defense reflects the continuing commitment of the Bachelor of Public Administration program to developing future public administrators who are capable of examining public issues through systematic research, critical thinking, and evidence-informed decision-making.

The 𝐂𝐨𝐮𝐧𝐜𝐢𝐥 𝐨𝐟 𝐏𝐮𝐛𝐥𝐢𝐜 𝐀𝐝𝐦𝐢𝐧𝐢𝐬𝐭𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐆𝐨𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐧𝐚𝐧𝐜𝐞 𝐒𝐨𝐜𝐢𝐞𝐭𝐲 (𝐂𝐏𝐀𝐆𝐒) extends its congratulations to the BPA 4A student-researchers for reaching this important stage of their academic journey. Monitor official weather updates, avoid unnecessary travel, and take necessary precautions. While the rain may slow things down outside, take this time to catch up on your readings, review your lessons, or prepare for the days ahead. Keep safe, Lingkod Bayans!

Our natural resources should not be treated merely as materials for global industries. And our country should never surrender its right to decide what kind of future it wants.

There is nothing wrong with wanting a modern Philippines. But modernization without dignity, sovereignty, and justice is not the progress we should aspire to.

1.) All submitted entries must be the participant’s original work and must not infringe upon the intellectual property rights of any third party. The winning participant shall continue to be recognized as the original designer of the official CPAGS logo.

2.) Artificial Intelligence-generated designs are strictly prohibited. Entries created wholly or substantially through generative AI platforms or tools, including AI image generators and AI assisted logo generators, shall be automatically disqualified.

Participants are encouraged to carefully read the Official Contest Mechanics and Guidelines before submitting their works to ensure compliance with all contest requirements and submission procedures.
