The Tarlac State University Center for Food Technology and Research (TSU-CFTR) continued its commitment to empowering food enterprises through an afternoon of research collaboration and capacity-building activities on October 16, 2026, at the TSU-CFTR Building, Villa Lucinda Campus, Tarlac City.
A key highlight was the launching of โ๐๐๐๐๐๐๐-๐๐-๐๐๐๐๐๐,โ a TSUโCLSU Collaborative Research Project on Product Characterization, Science-Based Safety Assessment, and Consumer-Informed Market Development for Food Business Operators (FBOs). The initiative aims to support selected MSMEs through science-based product development, safety assessment, and consumer-informed market strategies.
The afternoon session also featured two simultaneous seminar-training sessions for registered MSME participants:

Through these initiatives, TSU-CFTR continues to bridge academic expertise and industry needs by supporting MSMEs through research collaboration, science-based product development, food safety training, and regulatory guidance.
Together, collaboration and capacity-building pave the way for safer food products, more compliant businesses, and stronger MSMEs.
