The Commission on Higher Education (CHED) has approved the DBA and MBA Graduate Programs for inclusion in the Scholarships for Staff and Instructorsโ€™ Knowledge Advancement Program (SIKAP). This program offers scholarship opportunities to qualified teaching and non-teaching personnel of Higher Education Institutions (HEIs), as well as employees of government agencies and private institutions who wish to pursue advanced studies.

The SIKAP 2026 now accepts two (2) application categories:
โœ… SIKAP โ€“ For plantilla/regular HEI employees
โœ… SIKAP-N โ€“ For non-plantilla/contractual personnel

Interested applicants are advised to complete their application through the CHED SIKAP portal and submit all required documents.
