From planning and preparation to the final buffet presentation, this recent Garde Manger event at the College of Management and Governance, University of Antique – Libertad Extension Campus became more than just an academic requirement, it became a meaningful hands-on experience for future hospitality professionals. Every garnish, platter, and buffet setup reflected teamwork, creativity, patience, and passion in the art of food presentation and buffet operation. Grateful to witness students transforming classroom knowledge into real industry-style ex*****on, proving that excellence in hospitality begins with dedication, discipline, and heart.

Creativity brought to life through design and concept!

The BSHM 2C students under the supervision of Mrs. Sheena Mae B. Badal showcased their innovation and event planning skills in a successful "Backdrop Design Activity" for the subject HMGTC 5 (Meeting, Incentives, Conferences and Exhibitions with Business Marketing) . Each group thoughtfully translated event concepts into visually compelling backdrops, reflecting both aesthetic appeal and market relevance.

This activity not only demonstrated artistic expression but also emphasized the importance of thematic consistency, target market appeal and experiential design in the MICE industry.

Kudos to all the BSHM 2C students for turning concepts into captivating event experiences!!👏👏👏👏👏
