📢 ADMISSION FOR PRE-REGISTERED STUDENTS IS STILL ONGOING!
Baccalaureate Programs – Category A
📅 Extended Until June 5, 2026
The Admission Office continues to accommodate all pre-registered and walk-in applicants for the admission process under the Baccalaureate Programs (Category A). To give students more opportunity to complete their admission requirements, the admission period has been officially extended until June 5, 2026.
Qualified applicants are encouraged to visit the university and process their admission within the extended schedule.
Please prepare and submit the following requirements:
• Original Senior High School Report Card (Form 138-A)
• Certificate of Good Moral Character signed by the SHS Principal/Administrator/Guidance Counselor
• Medical Certificate issued by the Infirmary/Clinic/Medical Services
• Marriage Certificate (if applicable)
• Proof of passing the MSU SASE or CET
• Three (3) copies of 2×2 ID pictures
• Long brown envelope
• PSA Birth Certificate (original for verification) and one photocopy
📌 Applicants under the following programs are required to proceed first to their respective colleges for screening before continuing with the admission process:
• Bachelor of Secondary Education (BSEd)
• Bachelor of Elementary Education (BEEd)
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)
• Bachelor of Science in Hospitality Management (BSHM)
Applicants are advised to coordinate directly with their respective college offices regarding screening schedules and additional requirements, if any.
